Kenya Salaudeen has over 20 years of experience providing organizational development leadership, workplace investigation services, management training, and workplace conflict resolution guidance to large and small-sized companies. Through coaching, she helps individuals meet their professional and personal development goals.
Conflicts are complicated. Kenya uses confidential, one-to-one conflict coaching to proactively help her clients through a difficult situation before it becomes a crisis, understand and manage existing conflicts, and develop or enhance the skills needed to confidently move through a disagreement so that they build better relationships at work and home. When families, small parties, and small businesses are unable to reach an agreement on their own, she is invited in as a neutral, independent person. Through mediation, Kenya facilitates a process outside of the courtroom that results in a win-win solution to their situation.
As a human resources executive and management consultant, Kenya leads and provides consultation for strategic planning, employee and labor relations matters, talent sourcing, onboarding and offboarding, recruitment and staffing, and policy, process and systems design. She has worked across numerous industries including advertising, healthcare and social services, public relations, real estate, education, marketing and communications, criminal justice policy, and small businesses.
